    Responsible for managing the consolidation of two sister general construction companies owned by Arctic Slope Regional Corporation.     Managed a staff of  45 project superintentents and managers with 25 projects through out the United States and Alaska.  Set up project controls using Premivera software, “Expedition and P-3 Scheduleing”.  Supervised the rewriting of the Project Quality Proceedures Manual and Employee handbook.  Prepared and implemented recovery plans and Request for Equitable Adjustments for several difficult projects.  Closed out 3 regional offices in an effort to reduce the company’s overall general and administrative expenses.  The majority of the projects were Federal, Corp of Engineers and Navy facilities,  $80 Million volume in 1998. 

CHARLES PANKOW BUILDERS, LTD.

    Responsibilities included; Insurance management (Workmen’s Compensation, General Liability, Employee Liability, Errors & Omissions, and Property), Claims management; Manger of Completed Operations (Warranty Service); Safety Manager; Legal Claims Manager.  Special assignments included; drafting an updated Employee Handbook, rewriting the company’s Safety Manual, producing a New Hire Safety Video, directing the preparation of company standard Design-Build General Contract, design and fabrication of improved concrete deck forming systems in conjunction with the precast concrete structural systems, subcontractor bonding and prequalification program edits.

RAY WILSON COMPANY

    PAN PACIFIC CONSTRUCTION (Sister Company to Ray Wilson Company) Responsibilities included setting up and operating a new, non union commercial construction business, hiring and training new staff, setting up all accounting operations, estimating and field operations. The team included fifteen employees with four superintendents, four project managers, and support staff Projects ranged from tenant improvement for repeat clients to retail and office projects, including structural planning and design/build services. Number of projects per year averaged 50.
    Vice President Operations/ Senior Project Manager  1988 – 1992
    Responsible for implementing new management procedures, hiring and training new staff, contract negotiations, estimating and marketing under the new ownership of Tokyu Construction. During the five years, multiple projects were managed with and annual average volume of $40,000,000. with 40+/- field employees.

Responsible for site selection, entitlement and construction, (full-cycle development).
